Patrician Brothers’ College Blacktown have defeated Westfields Sports High 22–16 in the NRL Schoolboy Cup NSW final.
Leading by two points inside the final two minutes, Patrician Brothers crossed through centre Sunia Turuva to secure the win for his school.
The win gave the school their eight state championship, having last won the National final in 2012.
The competition was paused in August due to COVID-19 concerns and was restarted in October.
In Queensland, Kirwan State High defeated Palm Beach Currumbin in September to claim their second straight state title.
