The National Youth Competition was an under-20 competition administered by the National Rugby League from 2008 to 2017. The competition ran parallel to the NRL, with NYC matches played immediately prior to the NRL games. All 16 NRL clubs fielded a side in the competition, which was known as the Toyota Cup (2008-2012) and the Holden Cup (2013-2017).

On 28 October 2016, the NRL announced the competition would end in 2017, to be replaced by state-based under-20 competitions in 2018.
