City hit back through fullback Tuvalli Khan-Pereira for their lone try of the contest before Country centre Xavier Chatfield-Mooka crossed four minutes before the break to retore his side’s 18-point lead.
The second half was all Country again, with rampaging second rower Jeremiah Nanai crossing for three straight tries.
Radel grabbed his second of the game in the dying seconds to seal a 40-point win for the Country boys.
Nanai was named Man of the Match for his hat trick heroics.
