After a long summer, the Jersey Flegg Cup is back for 2023. Defending premiers Penrith will open their campaign against the Melbourne Storm, the former Victoria Thunderbolts, who are competing under the Storm name for the first time in Cup history. Manly and Canterbury will open the season in Brookvale.
