
The New South Wales Rugby League has today announced the Emerging and Future Blues squads who will meet for a two-day camp later this month.
The two squads will train alongside a 34-man senior Blues squad under head coach Brad Fittler.
The Emerging squad features 14 uncapped Blues players, all with NRL experience.
Among them include premiership winners Curtis Scott, who recently joined Canberra, and Sam Verrills, who scored a try in the Roosters’ Grand Final win over the Raiders in October.
Penrith duo Matt Burton and Spencer Leniu are also in the squad. The pair played first grade last season despite still being under-20 eligible in 2020.
The Future squad is made of up of 16 players under the age of 20, including Bradman Best and Jason Saab, who both made their NRL debuts in 2019.
