The Warriors jumped into eighth spot on the ladder after a strong 16-point win over Parramatta at North Harbour Stadium. Winger Selestino Ravutaumada crossed for four first half tries in the victory, which was the Warriors’ third straight. Canterbury Bulldogs 12 def. Cronulla Sharks 10
Canterbury extended their unbeaten streak to six games and handed Cronulla their third straight loss in a tight victory at Henson Park. The Bulldogs lead 12-0 after 25 minutes and held off Cronulla to claim the victory. The victory keeps Canterbury in the top four rance and knocks the Sharks out of first place. Debutants: Mosese Pope, Cooper Talau (Canterbury).

Wests Tigers 34 def. Newcastle Knights 20
The Tigers kept their top eight hopes alive with an impressive 14-point win over Newcastle. The Tigers led for the majority of the match, running in six tries, which included a double to winger Liam Scolari. The Tigers now sit three points behind eighth, while Newcastle drop to sixth.

Victoria Thunderbolts 20 def. Manly Sea Eagles 10
Victoria moved themselves further away from the wooden spoon race with a 10-point win over Manly at AAMI Park. The Thunderbolts were in control for most of the contest, pushing out to a 14-point lead after leading by four at half time. Centre Antonio Sanele scored twice in the win.

Sydney Roosters 42 def. North Sydney Bears 16
The Roosters leapfrogged Cronulla into first on the ladder with a dominant 26-point win over North Sydney at Henson Park. The Roosters, who led 26-0 at half time, were on fire, running in eight tries to eight different try scorers. Debutants: Lewis Afeaki, Jake Hazard (Sydney).

South Sydney Rabbitohs 28 def. St George Illawarra Dragons 18
South Sydney moved into the top four on points differential thanks to a 10-point win over the Dragons at WIN Stadium. Leading 24-6 after 39 minutes, the Rabbitohs were forced to hold off a Dragons comeback, as the home side at one point cut the deficit to six. The loss drops the Dragons into ninth spot. Debutants: Izaya Ranga Iti, Kamaloni Akau’ola-Laula (South Sydney).

Penrith Panthers 26 drew with Canberra Raiders 26
Canberra fought back from a 20-point deficit in the second half to draw with Penrith at Panthers Stadium. The Panthers looked unstoppable after 45 minutes, leading 26-6, before the Raiders ran in four tries in the final minutes to share the competition points. Penrith still sit in third, while Canberra are seventh.
