The 2006 Schoolboy Cup, known as the Arrive Alive Cup, was the 32nd staging of Australia’s premier secondary schools competition.

Tier B featured the regional qualifiers from NSW, Victoria and the ACT in a knockout format with the four remaining schools moving into Tier A. The Queensland Conference featured two pools, South East and North Queensland, with the two top teams each pool moving into Tier A.

Tier A featured the final 16 schools – the top eight NSW/ACT schools, the four Tier B qualifiers and the four Queensland qualifiers.

On 22 September, Endeavour Sports High defeated Keebra Park State High in the final, their third consecutive win. They became the second school, after St Gregory’s College Campbelltown, to win three straight Schoolboy Cups.
