The 2003 Schoolboy Cup, known as the Arrive Alive Cup, was the 29th staging of Australia’s premier secondary schools competition.

Tier B featured the regional qualifiers from NSW and the ACT in a knockout format with the four remaining schools moving into Tier A. Tier A featured the final 16 schools – the top eight NSW/ACT schools, the four Tier B qualifiers and the four Queensland qualifiers.

On 20 September, St Dominic’s College Penrith defeated Endeavour Sports High in the final, winning the competition for the first time.
