Player of the Week
Payne Haas (Brisbane Broncos)
Simply put, Brisbane’s Payne Haas was unstoppable on Saturday afternoon against the Knights. The New South Wales under-18 captain ran for 233 metres, made 32 tackles for just one miss and had three line breaks, four offloads and 12 tackle breaks in just 55 minutes. Oh, and he also scored three tries in his side’s 40-12 win.

Rookie of the Week
Brian Too (Penrith Panthers)
Penrith’s Brian Too has been consistent on the wing throughout 2017, playing in all 17 games and scoring 10 tries. Against the Warriors, the St Marys junior scored a try, ran for 253 metres and broke 14 tackles in his best performance of the season so far.
