The 2015 NYC Team of the Year has been announced this morning at Rugby League Central in Sydney.
The side features six players from the 3rd-placed Brisbane Broncos. Five of the members have played first grade in 2015 (Trbojevic, Taylor, Ofahengaue, Hess & Levi), while Jordan Drew played one NRL game in 2013.
Penrith’s Cameron Ciraldo was named coach after taking his side to the minor premiership in his first year at the helm. A credit to Ciraldo’s coaching, considering the Panthers used 37 players throughout 2015, the 3rd most of any team in the competition.
